The staff was very kind despite our complaint.

My stay turned out to be a nightmare from the beginning. The room was filthy and outdated, contrary to what was advertised. I had to leave after just one night due to bed bugs, and I haven't received a refund for the nights I didn't stay.

The staff was very very helpful and affable - we would like to stay longer. All in all, it was excellent place for traveling to Algona. The bed was nice and the room was a nice size. The location met our requirements, it was favourable by mountains. We liked the breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!
